Online Registration and Free Trial Classes

You become eligible for our Free trial Classes once you make an account on our website. You can enroll in our courses after completing your trial classes or before with the advanced fee policy. Your date of registration and the first payment will mark the start of your course with us.

In case of an overdue fee for more than 7 days, Baynnat Academy holds the right to stop your classes.

In case of queries or questions regarding fee structure, late fees, date of fees, or payment, you can contact the customer care executive under the “contact us” section. 

Payment method

PayPal, Stripe, Wise, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer are simple and secure methods for making online payments.

Payment for the monthly recurring subscription will be made in advance, and it will renew itself on the same day each month.

If classes are canceled or suspended, we either schedule a substitute class, pause the subscription or refund the fee.

Study Plans and Classes

When a student joins the academy, the number of monthly classes and hours will be discussed at their convenience. You can let your teacher know if you want to take more or fewer classes by sending an email or texting the Live Chat Icon.

In case a class gets added and is not following the number of classes agreed upon, it will get canceled and informed by the teacher to the students.

Example: Even though it was agreed that there would be four Saturday classes per month, there may be five Saturdays in a given month. In that instance, the fifth session would either be canceled because payment is made based on monthly hours or that Saturday can be utilized to make up for any missed courses.

Special and Customizable Study plans

We offer the facility of customizable study plans and fee structures to our students. You can contact us anytime regarding it.

The flexibility of the Plan

The student is free to add more study hours at any moment as per their choice.

Example: If a student opted for 4 classes per month on Saturday and the month has 5th Saturday then they can acquire that class after paying for it.

Shifting a class in case of leave and Absence

To be eligible for a make-up class or session, students must get advance notification of the cancellation or rescheduling at least 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled class time unless there is an emergency.

If no notice is sent, the student will be marked absent from the class with no refund or make-up class. 

-Students must notify their instructors of their travel intentions or holidays by sending an email to [email protected] or texting through Live Chat Icon.

 Except in cases of extreme emergency, no make-up sessions will be scheduled if a student misses a class without notifying the teacher at least two to four hours in advance.

If a student misses more than 5 classes in a row without any notice, Baynnat Academy holds the right to cancel their subscription without a refund.

The student will be notified if a tutor needs to postpone a class due to an emergency, and the original date will be changed.

Uniform or Dress code while Studying

Students are expected to dress modestly during Online classes.

Punctuality of Students

We expect students to be on time as online classes go clockwise. Moreover, it is not feasible for us to delay students who are next for their classes because the prior student was late. The teacher is not obligated to provide you with the remaining time of your class period if the student is 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or later.

Punctuality of Tutors

The student should email the tutor and let her/him know they are online in case the tutor is running late for the class. Students and guardians can also contact [email protected] if they don’t hear back from the tutors within 24 hours. Any lost time or class will be made up by the instructor.

Please email [email protected] if the teacher frequently arrives late or misses class.


There will be two holidays on which no make-up class can be scheduled.

3 days holiday on Eid Eid Al-Fitr

4 days holiday on Eid Al-Adha

Reports and Evaluation

For kids under the age of 16, parents will get a report every three months at the end of the session. This will give parents the chance to assess their children’s development.

We make sure that the classroom is safe for our students. Tutors are helpful and accessible to students around-the-clock. In a friendly and informal setting, students can enjoy learning. The effectiveness of instruction is regularly monitored using a variety of techniques, including frequent teacher development, student feedback, attendance measurement, and assessments.

Feedbacks and Reviews

After a few lessons, our support team will email you to request your feedback. If you have any questions, complaints, or concerns, just let them know. Your comments enable us to enhance our services. We are very grateful for it.

Student Privacy and Security

The safety of our students is important to us. So to maintain that you are asked not to give any tutor any contact information, including your phone number, email address, social media accounts, or credit card details. In the event of misuse, our Academy will not be held liable.

Moreover, our tutors are not permitted to ask kids or parents to reveal their phone numbers, email addresses, or social media accounts; if this occurs, please contact the Academy immediately.

Please refrain from bringing up payment plans, extra costs, or anything else with the tutors. Contact the administrator through a phone call, admin Skype, email, or WhatsApp in these situations.

Please notify the admin directly, not the teacher, if you want to suggest that your friends or anyone else enroll with us.

Exclusive Study-in Academy rule

All the students are supposed to study with their tutors exclusively in the academy itself. Studying out will be a violation of our rules and discipline.

Personal information collected by the Academy and its Necessity

Depending on the nature of your interactions with us and the course you are using, different personal information is collected from you. Without limitation, the following details are:

Details from your profile, including courses you’ve completed, preferences, criticism, and survey replies.

Usage information, such as your website usage patterns.

We gather contact information, including your mailing address, email address, and phone number, as well as personally identifiable data, including your name, date of birth, and gender, when you pay us.

We collect your information to:

Create and stabilize your accounts, ease the educational process, and make your experience better.

While leaving the Academy

Students can text the live chat icon or email us at [email protected] if they want to drop the course.

Two days before departing the academy, students should speak with staff or tutors about course completion.

Data Retention

Once a student cancels their account, we keep their personal information on file for 12 months before deleting it from our system.

To protect the privacy of the student data, the personal information and progress report will be erased after a year.
